cytogainer not only has 75g carbs -- it's the type that these carbs are where the problem lies..maltodextrin is garbage. your carb sources should be from complex sources (oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, beans, etc.) and fibrous veggies.
sounds like you used Wheybolic 60 from GNC..solid protein that one..try looking at ProComplex by optimum nutrition, or for more of a full MRP (meal replacement) look at their NitroCore24.
