Thank you for the reply Snagency.
I think I will give AP a try. As you said I really should educate myself on the products I take and I have been trying my best. It just seems like you have to be a bio-chemist to understand all theese different supplements and what they do. I will try it and perhaps its a better product for me since I dont have the best, low carb diet. From what Ive read in other post's it works with the carbs and the more you have the merrier.. If thats true then Im stoked. I'm a little curious though about the gastro intestinal side effects some people have had. I've had gastro problems for years (acid reflux and IBS) and go to the bathroom enough as it is, especialy after drinking all my protien. I'll still try AP and if the trips to the bathroom get to be a problem then I'll worry about that later. Maybe Ill just eat a lot of yogurt or something and hopefully prevent any side effects at all.

On a different note, what protien shake would you recomend to not promote belly fat? I buy cytogainer because it has the most protien I can find, and a lot of low fat calories. (Its my understanding you need lots of good quality calories to build muscle) I checked the label and it has 74g of carbs though... WOW, maybe thats where my bellyfat is coming from. Or, maybe once I start taking the AP, all those carbs will feed my muscles and not fat. I have tried a GNC 60g protien shake with only 7g carbs but the taste was horrible and it made my stomace upset. What do you recomend? ( I do add Glutamine to my shakes, dont know if thats relevent or not) Maybe Cytogainer tastes so good because it has so many carbs...Any way, thank you for your help
