protein? yeah, depending on the rest of your diet layout, this can most def pack the pounds on in the wrong places. this is a weight-gainer, not specifically a
protein drink..

Here's a little info about me and my workout regimen...
Age= 27
Height and weight=5ft8in, 170lbs (last I checked any way)
Workout schedule=4 day split, pairing oppisite muscle groups. Each day begining with 5-10min's cardio on the eliptical.
Workout time=6:00-7:30pm (whenever I get home from work. I work out at home with a decent setup)
Diet/Mealtimes=Granola bar for breakfast, tuna for lunch, some kind of protien around 3:00, protien shake after work out at about 7:30 followed by supper around 8:30 or later. Not the best diet I know but its the best I can manage with my time and work situations for now.
Again, this may all seem a little too long or perhaps packed with alot of usless information and for that I apologise. I do appreciate you taking the time to read it all and I will also appreciate any helpful info I can get. After all has been said with my goals in mind (loose fat, gain lots of mussle mass) which pill is best suited for me, Prime or Anabolic Pump? I would like to take one of these pills, whichever works best, push the weights hard, and drink my protien shake afterwards. Thats it. Rather not stack multiple things, just keep it simple. I would just like the best help I can get. Based on the results from Recreate I feel as I trust USPlabs has good products.

if you would rather not stack multiple things, then start with AnabolicPump. I feel this will give you the best results as you are looking for in a single product..
understand, tho, that stacking (such as AP, RC, and Prime)
will get you to your goals quicker and with better results.
