Iron and Snag: You are right 100%! Grind oats in food processor and save a ton! I did that yesterday and am using a regular whey plus the oats for my pre-w/out now and when I add the P-Slin I will use Snags concoction listed above plus the banana. All you input is really appreciated.
On a side note, look in the mirror this morning and have to say that starting to see some definition around my upper obliques [NEVER had this even at 160 when I swam competitively] and also starting to see some of the upper abs as well. The RC and the added Lean Out by Bev. Int'l plus AP has really made a difference now that the diet is much better under control. Any further input you have about macros for cutting I would appreciate. Currently running 40/40/20, 50/30/20 and 30/50/20 to keep the metabolism guessing (P/C/F). On the higher carb days should I get my fat intake higher? Also, yesterday I was at about 320 g protein it was a 50/30/20 day, is that too much for someone that weighs in at ~215?
